Pulled Pork

Pulled Pork

When I think of pulled pork, I am always reminded of the amazing barbeque pulled pork sundae I had while apple picking at Larriland Farms. The apple picking has become such an attraction that they now have food and games and that is A-OK with me! God knows I can’t resist a food stand. Especially a BAD (but, delicious) food stand. Now, on to the glorious subject… the BBQ sundae. A piece of so-not-paleo cornbread, topped with pulled pork, BBQ sauce, coleslaw, and a dill pickle! It was THE most delicious rendition of pulled pork I’d ever had. I now make it a point to recreate (and paleo-ify) that BBQ sundae every chance I get and you can, too. This is a super easy crockpot recipe that is now officially a part of our dinner rotation. Serve this pulled pork & BBQ sauce with a piece of OurPaleoLife.com cornbread, coleslaw, and a dill pickle to make your own at-home BBQ sundae!
